Kindly read our Terms & Conditions carefully to familiarise yourself with these important issues. At the bottom of the page you will find a downloadable PDF document which you can sign and fax to us or scan and e-mail prior to boarding the Toro Ya Me. Our rules are relaxed and aim at protecting the interests of both parties involved.

Rules & Regulations

  1. The function needs to be confirmed and paid for in full, 2 weeks prior the function date.
  2. The boat will be hired as is at R1000p/h, with furniture, sound, waiters/cleaners, fuel, rest room facilities, safety gear, and qualified skipper.
  3. Liquor will be purchased by us as per your order, what is not consumed will be handed to the function organiser at the end of the function.
  4. If the weather does not permit for the boat to go on the water, the function will be held on the boat where docked,
  5. and we cannot be held liable for any weather conditions that are out of our control. No refunds can be claimed.
  6. If the function is cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the function date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  7. The management and staff cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage during a function.
  8. All guests have to adhere to the rules and regulations during the function, as we cannot be held liable
  9. for any accidents or incidents that occur during the function.
  10. A maximum of 35 guests are allowed per function.
  11. No children under the age of 18 years are allowed during a function.
  12. Prices can increase without prior notification. Prices are valid for 4 weeks from date of quote.
  13. Our operating hours are from 10h00 until 20h00, with a minimum of 3 hours per trip.
  14. Ensure that you arrive on time as per the time slots that you have booked your function, as we will strictly operate according to those times.
  15. Any damages to property will immediately be paid by the client.
  16. All Rights are reserved. All delegates enter the boat at own risk.
  17. The entrance fee of R10 per person at the Oewer Club gate is included on the invoice.
